Acitivity Grant

The purpose of the Live Fearlessly Activity Grant is to help enable and encourage people with cystic fibrosis to follow their passions. The Activity Grant is $150, and can go towards any activity that the CF recipient believes helps their CF.

*Please note that we need a doctor’s paperwork confirming the patient’s diagnosis of CF

Requirements

1. A video of the recipient saying their name, age, and why their activity of choice helps their CF.

2. A photo and/or video of the recipient doing an airway clearance therapy, and a photo and/or video of the recipient doing their activity of choice.

Objective

1. Social media content encourages CF survivors to live fearlessly and show potential.

2. We hope for this grant to help the individual to improve lung capacity and overall health by being able to do their activity more often.
