Last year was a rough year! I couldn’t be as active as I wanted to but whenever I could run or go to Orangetheory it made all the difference. It helped my mental health and made me fight harder to get back to doing these things that I love and need to live a fuller life! Having the support from these two communities meant so much and I’m happy to say I’m back at it in 2024!
I’m training for my first ultra and made it into the Chicago Marathon.
