He himself has CF and was once on a lung transplant list with only 15% lung function. Since taking Trikafta, he was removed from this list, has experienced only one pulmonary exacerbation in 3 years, and now has 50% lung function.

After this major improvement in his health, he now funnels his energy into his position as the founder and executive director of the Live Fearlessly Foundation.
